Engineer Sara Momeni is the conscience and standard-bearer of quality and safety at Nader Iranian Mass Constructors. With a degree in civil engineering and international Lead Auditor certifications in quality and HSE, she does not tolerate the slightest compromises in terms of standards. Her presence ensures that every brick laid, every steel beam installed, and every electrical system installed is in full compliance with the most stringent specifications and safe practices.
The department under her management is responsible for developing quality and safety control protocols for all projects, both domestic and international. These protocols are often more stringent than local standards. Momeni has trained teams of auditors who continuously visit projects and ensure compliance with all regulations. She is also responsible for the ongoing training of all personnel, from engineers to workers, in the field of safety and quality.
In his view, “Quality and safety are not costs, but investments in the company’s reputation, workforce retention, and social responsibility.” Under his leadership, the company has achieved numerous international certifications and has minimized the number of work-related accidents on projects. Engineer Momeni also oversees the company’s environmental responsibilities, ensuring that projects cause the least possible damage to the environment.
