Eng. Negin Moradi is the ambassador and key representative of Iranian rare mass producers in the international arena. With an MBA from a prestigious Canadian university and a PMP certification, he is fluent in three languages: English, Turkish, and Arabic. These skills allow him to overcome not only technical challenges, but also language and cultural barriers.
He is responsible for all projects outside Iran, from the contract stage to final delivery. This role includes managing multinational teams, aligning designs with local and international laws, and reporting directly to the CEO. With a deep understanding of cultural differences, he has been able to gain the trust of local partners and international clients.
One of his greatest successes was managing three large residential projects simultaneously in Baku, Baghdad, and Ankara, all of which were successfully completed on time, despite logistical challenges and legal differences. Moradi believes that “international construction is more about building bridges of trust and understanding between people than about concrete and steel.”
