Engineer Kamyar Rezaei is the driving force behind the operational operations of Nader Iranian Bulk Construction Company. Having completed his master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Tehran, he started his career at the most basic workshop levels and gradually worked his way up the ladder. This path has familiarized him with all the details and challenges of a construction project, from foundation to topping out.
Rezaei is the primary supervisor of all the company’s projects, ensuring that each project is carried out according to the approved schedule, budget, and the highest technical standards. He has strong relationships with subcontractors and raw material suppliers and has an unparalleled ability to solve complex construction problems in the shortest possible time.
One of his defining characteristics is his unwavering commitment to site safety. Under his management, the company’s projects have consistently been at the forefront of obtaining international safety certifications. As a trainer, Engineer Rezaei devotes a lot of time to training and transferring experience to the younger generation of engineers in the company, and believes that “construction is a team effort and no success is the result of individual work.”
